- If the arrival day is 1225, 1226 and 0101 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply. (€6,25personnight, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report andor the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
